• The only accepted orphans must be Muslim and 13 years or below.
• Ensure you have the seven required documents before starting the application to avoid complications:
• Orphan's image (full).
• Birth certificate.
• Mother's ID (if alive) or Guardian's ID (if mother is not alive).
• Father's death certificate.
• Medical report to verify the child’s legitimate health condition.
• Child's report card, form, or book cover showing grade, full names, and school name.
• Letter from a local authority (chief, sub-chief, etc.) verifying the child is an orphan and from the area and is under a specific guardian with an official stamp and letterhead. The letter must be addressed to: MUSTAKBALI CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, OYUGIS.
• All applicants must provide consistent information in the form to avoid disqualification.
• for younger people or those who dont study the form will allow for an eplanation.
• All uploaded documents will be checked for legitimacy. Any violations will result in disqualification.
